LMC Triangle

 
  • This workshop is based on our LMC Triangle. It simplifies the functions of a Leader, Manager and Coach with Trust holding all these approaches together in terms of qualities and values. The model is applicable to a board director as it is to a junior manager.

    Delegates use the triangle as a simple filter to help clarify priorities for their role and distil which capabilities, behaviours and beliefs are most critical.

Workshop overview

Outlined below is the basic format and structure of a 2-day workshop, which we tailor for each client.

  • Using our LMC Triangle, we help people analyse the time they are spending between leading, managing and coaching. With this awareness, we help teams rebalance as required to achieve the priorities of their role and be successful - both as individuals and as a group.

  • Then, we introduce our Five Conversation Styles® , and help people become more flexible in their communication, for each of the three roles, to get the outcome they want.
