Pooja has been a corporate role player for 17 years. She is also an experienced coach, actor and designer. She is passionate about unconscious bias training.   

Pooja has run many different types of training sessions and is familiar with a variety of models to assist with her work. Such models are GROW, SBI, Johari Window, Insights, DiSC, SARA, Radical Candour, EEC, EQUAL and many more.

She is extremely comfortable with giving feedback and doing bespoke role plays with individuals where the sessions are stopped and replayed.

She is also trained in forum theatre and is very comfortable with this. She also speaks Gujarati.

Pooja has also designed and written dramas and entire training programmes for many of her clients and also writes scripts for corporate videos.
