Senior Consultant

Victoria is a Senior Consultant at Global Edge, leading on our simulation and practice programmes from both a design and delivery perspective. She also leads on the Five Conversations Webinar series. 

Victoria is driven by the belief that only through experiential learning and practice you see true transformational uplift in behaviours and performance. Victoria is an experienced EDI practitioner who brings her lens of the importance of building trusting and respectful team cultures to all the programmes she runs.

Victoria originally worked in Fashion Journalism before a career retrain as a professional actor. She worked in the space of Stage and TV for ten years whilst building her network and expertise in communication practice, joining Global Edge in 2017. She specialises in building and leading simulated practice sessions, real-play rather than role play where delegates are given an intensive opportunity to identify and explore their personal communication styles, 'what's working, what's hurting' and from that practice how to uplift and leverage their personal styles.
