At Global Edge, we have an experienced team of consultants, facilitators and coaches, all well versed in a raft of tools and techniques and each with their own unique talent, style and specialisms. We bring together a richness of experiences, backgrounds, research and creativity from people who are professional coaches, actors, neuroscientists, psychologists, facilitators, trainers and designers.
We do, however, have one thing in common – we all have a passion and focus on performance conversations. Not only do we all have significant learning and development experience, we also have backgrounds in industry and firsthand experience of managing people’s performance. Very simply we are not just trainers we are performance management practitioners.
For our in-house programmes, we carefully select individuals with the ideal mix of experience, knowledge and skills to design and deliver requirements to the highest possible standard. We always take into account the style and approach of each facilitator, ensuring they are a good fit with the culture of the organisation in question, the style of intervention and the mix of participants.
Our international network of partners are based in 5 major hubs around the world and work tirelessly to maintain the same high, consistent quality of delivery wherever you may attend the programme and in whatever language.
